Home to one of Newcastle football's largest female playing cohort, Mayfield United SFC has been committed to ensuring women's football is a fun and inclusive experience for all its players and supporters alike since its commencement in 2007.

On the field, the Tiger spirit of Mayfield is well and truly alive, as our teams are competitive, and aim to create a positive and supportive environment which enables all players with the opportunity to improve their skills and abilities each season. Off the field, our teams are filled with friendly, social and approachable women who value fun, friendship and camaraderie. As a club, we are extremely social and host multiple events and activities throughout the season.

This combination has resulted in some incredible achievements for Mayfield United SFC. In particular, 2018 saw all four women's teams obtain their Major Premierships, along with 2 Minor Premierships, and our A grade team are the reigning Minor Premiers for the previous 6 years, and reigning Major Premiers for the last 3 years (BC!)

Currently, Mayfield is home to five women's teams, which range from fast-paced and competitive competitions of A -C grade, to social and lower skill level grades of D-F grade. Whether you're a seasoned footballer, or a person who has never played and is interested in trying something new, getting some fitness, and having lots of fun along the way, Mayfield United SFC is the club for you!
